The guy was reversing and was going really fast and then he reliezed that his brake lines were cut and fell of the road and hit the other car in califorina. Well i think this guy or whatever caused this is really dumb because why would you do this or how can you do this only if it was a car breakdown or something but if you put it in reverse and went backwords you are the dumbest person in the world but accendents happen.
